Q. How do I change my Account Information? A. Click on the "Account
Management" tab above, then when you log-in, make sure you dot "Change Registration Information" first.
Q. When do I receive payment? A. Referral revenue is paid to you monthly by the 10th of the following month. Accounts with balance less than $25.00 will be carried over to the following pay period.
Q. What do I make for
my commission? A. Revenue will be credited to you upon payment approval from the customer. 5% of
retail sales made from your Affiliate link will be paid to you.
In other words, if a customer purchases $500 of equipment, you
get a $25 commission.
Q. What kind of cash can I make? A. Revenue can increase very quickly, depending on how
much you promote the link. We have affiliates making up to
$600/mo., who have popular websites and put the banner ad on all
their pages. We have affiliates making half this who put the
banner ad only on their home page. If you put the link in
a more hidden page, you may not get as much in sales. But
this is up to you. You can also promote the link in other
ways, such as in email newsletters, discussion boards, etc.
Q. Where can I use
the banners/links? A. Almost anywhere except SPAM. Web sites, newsletters, mailing lists, School Magazines, newspapers,
chat rooms, discussion board forums, etc.
Q. How
do I know if this really works? A. Our
affiliate system is a reliable and complex password-protected
program that is hard-wired into our website database to 'tag'
click-through customers and track them through their
cookie-files. Many companies have similar programs, and it
is totally reliable. Everything is 'automated', meaning,
we don't touch the inner-workings on our end. You can
also, at any time, go into the Account Management area and see
what sales were made through your link, the date, and the sales
amount.
Q.
What if the customer doesn't make a sale on Affordable Agility
after they click on my banner/link? A. You
do not get any commission unless they make a sale. However, they
may come back at a later date, and our system is programmed to
'tag' them up to 30 days with your affiliate #, whether they go
back through your link, or some other way.
Q.
My commission check amount is a little less than what my Account
Management screen says it should be? A. This
will occasionally happen. Sometimes a customer places an
order and they choose "send check", and they never end
up sending one. Or they put in a bad credit card number
that gets declined, and they don't call back with a new
number. These orders are omitted in your batch, but will
not show in the Affiliate Management screen.
Q.
I am not a web-programmer. Can I do this myself, and if
not, how much will it cost me? A. If
you make any changes to your website yourself (using a
web-design software such as Frontpage, Publisher, etc.) you can
very easily do this yourself. We can also help you over
the phone. But if you do not upload any changes yourself
(that is, you have a web-designer do it) it should not take them
any more than a half-hour to do. All you have to do is
provide them your affiliate # (which you will get after you sign
up) and send them to the "Links Format" page
above. Tell them what page(s) on your website you want the
link to be, and they will know what to do from there.
