UNLIKE the dog vendor pictured above, we are glad to offer a 100% money-back return on all equipment returned back to us in 100% re-sellable condition (not appearing to be used), within 30 days of purchase. (minus the shipping).  Because we know this is an inconvenience on both ends, we make a special effort at Affordable Agility to describe each obstacle in complete detail, so you know exactly what you are getting!

However, if the item shows wear and tear, or requires excessive repackaging, please understand that we cannot guarantee a 100% refund, but will try to give you a fair pro-rated return amount at our discretion, depending on how much effort it is to clean up the obstacle and repackage it. Also, while we are happy to do special customization on obstacles, you may not be able to get a full refund for your money if you change your mind.

Sale Prices Policy: For items that go on sale within a one week period after you purchase the same item at a normal retail price, please notify us and you will be issued an in house store credit for the difference in price. This credit may be used at a later date for another purchase from us.
